How Can I Send Coordinates To My Garmin Gps?

Is there a website that sends coordinates (typed in by the user) to a Garmin GPS?

    It is possible via the USB cable directly to your Garmin from www. Geocaching. com. If you are geocaching, then do not know. Maybe you need updated maps, and, yes, I check the Garmin website.
